What is the maximum lipid phase volume I can make with a single kit?

One kit enables the preparation of up to 15 mL of lipid phase in a single batch, so around 50 mL of final RNA-LNP formulation.
Alternatively, you can split it into several smaller preparations.
This amount is well-suited for both small-scale screening experiments (µL range) and larger preclinical mixing systems (mL scale).

How much RNA can be encapsulated with one kit, and how do I determine which kit is most suitable?

Depending on the total formulation volume, a single kit allows for the encapsulation of
up to 20 mg of RNA.

Are the LNP Starter Kit lipids suitable for clinical use, and what about their purity?

Yes. The majority of lipids included in the kits are produced by CordenPharma under GMP standards.
