This protocol hub compiles validated microfluidic nanoparticle formulation protocols developed for the TAMARA system, with a primary focus on RNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles (RNA-LNPs).
Starting from a general RNA-LNP formulation protocol using ionizable lipids (e.g. SM-102), these protocols are designed to support reproducible formulation, precise control of particle attributes, and reliable scale-up, from early screening to preclinical studies.
