Next-generation mRNA Vaccines Against Complex Pathogens – Conference Introduction
We are excited to participate in the Next-generation mRNA Vaccines Against Complex Pathogens: From Antigen Selection to Clinical Translation conference, taking place 25–26 March 2026 in Leuven, Belgium. This international event, supported by VIB Training & Conferences and organized in conjunction with the EU-funded BAXERNA consortium, brings together leading scientists and industry innovators to explore the latest developments in mRNA vaccine research and translation against complex infectious pathogens.
The conference aims to address the scientific and translational challenges associated with developing mRNA vaccines against complex pathogens. It provides a unique forum to exchange on the full vaccine development pipeline, from antigen discovery and mRNA design to formulation strategies, delivery systems, and clinical translation.
Renowned keynote speakers such as Dr. Drew Weissman and Dr. Pieter Cullis, pioneers in mRNA-based nanomedicines, will provide visionary perspectives on the current landscape and future directions of mRNA vaccine technology
Date of the event: Mar. 25 to 26, 2026Where: Leuven, Belgium
